Narahari Dasa Luke is the COO at Hodge & Luke. As an expert and thought leader, he has experience spanning over a decade. In his prior roles, he served as the Director of DEI and Strategic Partnerships at The African American Male Wellness Agency. Through his leadership, over 80,000 people attended the event in 18 different markets in 2019. He now leads complex business transformations involving mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and business model pivots for some of the country's largest technology, aviation, and automotive companies and clients.

Narahari has lived and worked in the US and the Middle East during his career. He excels at bringing people and businesses together to create comprehensive roadmaps and strategic plans that amplify results. He has aspirations to serve on the Advanced Aviation Advisory Committee in the Community Advisory seat, where he will bring world-class thinking to drive DEI in the EV and AAM Industries.
